The franchise relationship imposes obligations on both parties. The franchisor must provide the product, a proven marketing plan or business format, marketing support and training. The franchisee brings financing, management skills, and a determination to own and operate a successful business.

An individual should be willing to devote the time and meet the financial requirements necessary to be a successful franchisee. A company should establish whether there is a serious commitment from the management and that the opportunity matches the company’s long-term goals.

This initiative was taken because some of our Franchise Partners had challenges arranging for Visas for their Managers to come to the United States.
